Notes:

*Request plan keeps all stone walls in Ivanhoe East. Only some are heritage listed.

*Request recommendation that tree species common to Ivanhoe E be listed to maintain the neighbourhood character.

*p38 State Government Housing Strategy wants to get rid of single-dwelling housing.

*Re: Hartlands (McCubbins) Estate. The council enforces covenants.

*Medium Density means all that is not single-dwelling. Council wants to create a culture of good development. Council currently thinks QUALITY is quite low. 

* Request: Off-set planting of trees removed by developers is amended to ON-SITE planting. Currently, developers can plant subsitute trees anywhere including along the Yarra.
