A single dwelling covenant means only a single residence can be built on any block and not multiple units, townhouses or high-rise apartments.

The greatest number of signs along the Heidelberg School Artists Trail is in the Heidelberg, Eaglemont and Ivanhoe precincts. Twenty signs with art images and artist details can be found in the area with many signs scattered along the Yarra walking trail.
